Use the Vermilion 4-H Web code No. WC3307. 2008-2009 4-H Award Application Complete this application if you want to compete for Outstanding 4-H Club Member, where you will be honored at the banquet in May, or if you want to attend 4-H Camp ( fourth- to sixth-graders) or 4-H LOST Camp (seventh- and eighth-graders) next summer. Just fill out one application and check the line on the front of the form for the activity you want to be considered. Anyone interested in participating in the contest needs to complete the application and return it to the 4-H Office at 1105 W. Port Street in Abbeville.
