The Vernon Parish 4-H Teen Leader Club is in need of your assistance!

[Image: 4-H U picture]The Vernon Parish 4-H Teen Leader Club is in need of your assistance!

We are trying to fill our second barrel of aluminum tabs before we leave to deliver them to the Ronald McDonald House in Monroe. We are close thanks to the many citizens and 4-H members of Vernon Parish. The tabs are recycled, and the money is used for everyday expenses incurred at the Ronald McDonald House.

Ronald McDonald Houses are a home away from home for family members as a child has a lengthy hospital stay due to a critical illness or other health complications. This is the fourth year that our 4-H members have collected the tabs and have delivered them to the home in Monroe each year collecting more and more.

One barrel is full and the second is ready to be topped off with your help! Tabs can be brought to the Vernon Parish 4-H Office, which is a part of the LSU AgCenter and is located in the Old Courthouse. Or you can call the 4-H Office at 337-239-3231.
