The West Baton Rouge 4-H Junior Leader Club is an additional club experience for 4-H club members who are 13-18 years old and are residents of West Baton Rouge Parish. The club helps members become self-directing, productive, and contributing members of society, while providing leadership in service-learning projects and other 4-H activities throughout the West Baton Rouge Parish. |
