NOTE DUE DATE TO WINN 4-H OFFICE IS MARCH 7 to allow the scholarship committee time to make their selections, This form will also be used for the Scott Truck and Tractor Scholarship. During the classes, the providers do hands-on activities to use in teaching the children they care for. 4-H Portfolio [Image: 4-H Portfolio] Complete the portfolio along with a project book to enter the State Record Book competition and win money and fun trips!! For Class A and in-home caregivers, the price is $7.50; for Class B providers, the price is $42.50. (The orientation class is mandatory for in-home caregivers, and the price is $10 for that 4-hour class.)
