A group of Winn Parish 4-H members participated in 4-H University June 23-26 on the LSU campus in Baton Rouge. The youth competed in contests in ATV Operation, Consumer Foods Judging, Fashion Revue, Livestock Judging, Poultry Judging and Public Speaking. Blue Ribbon Medals were awarded to Madison Austin, Jessica Billings and Hannah Harlan for placing as one of the top 10 Consumer Foods Judging teams in the state.
