Winn 4-H Advisory Council The Winn Parish Extension office held their 4-H Advisory Council meeting on February 10, 2009. Those in attendance identified local needs and priorities to assist agents in developing programming for 2009-2010. Winn Parish Agriculture Advisory Council The 2009 Winn Parish Agriculture Advisory Council met with LSU AgCenter county agent Donny Moon to identify critical issues, programming to meet those needs and volunteers who are willing to assist. For Class A and in-home caregivers, the price is $7.50; for Class B providers, the price is $42.50.
