Current responsibilities: Coordinate all farming activities at the plant science unit; collect land use requests, and makes land assignments; supervise all land preparation for research and crop production; maintain and repair equipment and facilities; purchase parts and supplies for farm maintenance and research; supervise the application of fertilizer and pesticides throughout the growing season; coordinate the production of cash crops on unassigned land; maintain accurate equipment inventories.

Current responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate hay and forage production for the purebred unit, horse unit, dairy unit, crossbred unit, and other animal science/dairy needs; supervise and coordinate pasture topping for all units as requested/needed primarily at the Ben Hur location; supervise and coordinate general maintenance and repair of hay production/pasture maintenance equipment (tractors, mowers, planters, implements).
